JUDGMENT
[1]Insofar as the claimant is pursuing a racial harassment claim in relation to the alleged treatment of him by his Area Manager, from January 2018 to 19 November 2018, of racial harassment by exclusion, that claim is struck out as having been presented out of time, and the tribunal does not extend time.[2]The allegation of race discrimination based on events on 1 July 2019, is struck out as having been presented out of time, and the tribunal does not extend time.[3]The respondent’s strike out and deposit order applications, are refused.[4]In relation to the allegations of race discrimination as set out in the respondent’s representative’s skeleton argument, the following allegations are allowed to proceed to a final hearing: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 9.[5]The following allegations are dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant: 5, 8, and 10.[6]The case is listed for a final hearing before full tribunal, at Watford, on 14 to 18 March 2022. ..………………………………………………..
