JUDGMENT
[1]The complaints of breach of contract in relation to notice pay are wellfounded.[2]The respondent shall pay the first claimant £3,215.04. This figure has been calculated using net pay.[3]The respondent shall pay the second claimant £1,875.44. This figure has been calculated using net pay. Redundancy Payment[4]The complaints that the respondent was in breach of contract by failing to pay the claimant a contractual redundancy payment are not well-founded and fails. Unfair Dismissal[5]The complaints of unfair dismissal are well-founded. The claimants were both unfairly dismissed.[6]The respondent shall pay the first claimant the following sums:a. A basic award of £7,225.20;b. A compensatory award as follows: i. Award for loss of statutory rights of £350.00; ii. Award for loss of earnings of £9,645.12.[7]The respondent shall pay the second claimant the following sums:a. A basic award of £3,371.76;b. A compensatory award as follows: i. Award for loss of statutory rights of £350.00; ii. Award for loss of earnings of £9,645.12. Credit[8]Credit is to be given for the sums the respondent paid to the claimants on 10 and 17 January 2025 in the following amounts:a. Regarding the first claimant – a sum of £4,496.00b.
