[1]The Respondent failed to present a response to the claim and judgment is entered in favour of the Claimants as follows.[2]Each claimant: - Has been unfairly dismissed, - Is entitled to a redundancy payment, - Was dismissed in breach of contract, - Is owed holiday pay, and - Has had unlawful deductions made from their wages.[3]The Respondent must pay: a) To the first claimant (Mr Alpay): i) A redundancy payment of £1,038.00. ii) Notice pay totaling £2,250.00. iii) Holiday pay of £726.92. iv) In respect of unpaid wages: £1,125.00. b) To the second claimant (Mr Devereux): i) A redundancy payment of £2,462.50. ii) Notice pay totaling £4,583.33. iii) Holiday pay of £1,692.32. iv) In respect of unpaid wages: £2,291.66. c) To the third claimant (Mr Castex): i) A redundancy payment of £1,557.00. ii) Notice pay totaling £2,250.00. iii) Holiday pay of £726.92. iv) In respect of unpaid wages: £1,125.00.
