[1]The Claimant is awarded £123,000 gross arrears of pay.[2]The Claimant is awarded 2 weeks’ pay of £1050 (after application of the statutory cap) in respect of the Respondents’ failure to provide him with written particulars of employment.[3]The Respondents are ordered to pay the Claimant the total sum of £124,050.
