The claimant was entitled to pay for one week’s statutory notice period. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £485.56 (net).[2]Unpaid annual leave 2.1. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £219.64 (net) in lieu of the claimant’s entitlement to 4.6 days leave at the effective date of termination of his employment.[3]Unlawful deduction from wages 3301861/2020 3.1. The claimant was not paid his full salary owing for the final month he worked, nor was he paid overtime for that period. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £611.35 (net).[4]Total 4.1.1. The total payable by the respondent to the claimant is £1289.01.
