JUDGMENT

Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claims by each of C2, C3, C4 and C5 are struck out as they are not being actively pursued. This decision is based on the failure to respond to the Tribunal’s correspondence, and on the information from C1 that those other claimants are not seeking an employment tribunal judgment (and may be bringing a claim in another court instead).[2]If any of C2, C3, C4 and C5 seek reconsideration of the decision to strike out their claims, they must write to the Tribunal and the Respondent immediately with their reasons.[3]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from C1’s wages and is ordered to pay that claimant, Mr Atif Hussain, the gross sum of £9300 (subject to any lawfully required PAYE deductions, but without any other deduction or set off)
