JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent’s name be amended from “The Grove Independent School” to “The Grove Independent School Limited”. Reservice of the claim form and other documents to be dispensed with.[2]The Claimant’s representative confirmed that the respondent has now paid her December 2023 salary and her redundancy pay. Those claims are therefore dismissed.[3]The Claimant’s claim that the Respondent has failed to pay her for accrued but untaken annual leave is well founded. The Respondent is to pay the Claimant the sum of £880.00.[4]The Claimant’s claim that the Respondent has failed to pay the employer contributions to her pension scheme is well founded. The Respondent is to pay the Claimant the sum of £743.63.[5]The Claimant’s claim that the Respondent has taken employee contributions from her pay, but not paid it to the pension scheme is well founded. The Respondent is to pay the Claimant the sum of £400.40.[6]The Claimant’s claim that the Respondent has failed to provide a pay slip for December 2023 is well founded. The Respondent is to provide a copy to the Claimant forthwith.[7]The total sum of £2,024.03 to be paid, and the pay slip to be delivered up to the Claimant, within 14 days of the date that this order is sent to the parties.
