Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claim was issued in the Watford Employment Tribunals on 5 February 2023. The respondent has failed to present a response. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim in accordance with rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure.[2]The claimant’s daily pay was £92.38 calculated by reference to gross monthly pay divided by 4.33 working weeks per month and 5 working days per week.[3]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages in relation to pay for 13.5 days holiday accrued but untaken on the termination of the claimant’s employment and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1,247.13
