[1]On 14 June 2020 the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant to inform her that an Employment Judge was considering striking out the claim because the claim has not been actively pursued.[2]She was given until 6 July 2020 to object to the proposal or to request a hearing at which to do so.[3]The Claimant has failed to respond to the Tribunal’s letter. The claim is therefore struck out.
