The complaint of disability discrimination and ‘body shaming, bullying and promotion restriction’ is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 18th June 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of disability discrimination and ‘body shaming, bullying and promotion restriction’ should not be struck out because it:• it has no reasonable prospect of success; and/or• the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the claim.[2]The claimant responded on 4th July 2024 accepting the Tribunal’s analysis and was content for these claims to be struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claims of arrears of pay remains live.
