Rule 39(4) of Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013[1]The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]The Claimant was ordered to pay deposits of 2 x £50 following a preliminary hearing held on 26 November 2020. The Order was sent to the Claimant on 4 December 2020. The Claimant has failed to pay this deposit.[2]The complaints of Unfair Dismissal and Redundancy Payment are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013.[3]The hearing listed on 19 and 20 April 2021 is cancelled.
