Having heard the parties’ representations, the judgment of the Tribunal is as follows:[1]The claimant’s claims under case number 3301575/2023 are struck out pursuant to Rules 37(1)(b), (c), and (d) of the Employment Tribunals Procedure Rules 2013.[2]The claimant having failed to respond to the respondent’s counter claim, and pursuant to Rule 25 and Rule 21(2) of the 2013 Rules, that claim succeeds, and the claimant is ordered to pay to the respondent the following,a. £12,195.69 (in respect of the sick pay claim),b. £243.94 (in respect of the overpayment of wages claim), andc. £800.00 (in respect of the IT equipment claim) 1 of 2 Case Number: 3301575/2023
