JUDGMENT
[1]The claim of unfair dismissal was not presented within three months of the effective date of termination and it was reasonably practicable to do so.[2]The claim of detriment on grounds of part-time working status was not presented within three months of the date of the act complained of and it is not just and equitable to extend the time limit under reg. 8 of the Part-time Workers (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment) Regulations 2000.[3]The Employment Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the claims and they are dismissed.
