[1]By a letter dated 25 September 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the claim should not be treated as concluded because the employment tribunal does not have the power to make an award for inconvenience suffered by the claimant. The claim appeared to have no reasonable prospect of success.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done. The claim is therefore struck out.
