JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider the claimant’s claim for breach of contract. Under Article 7 of the Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (England and Wales) Order 1994, any claim must be presented within 3 months beginning with the effective date of termination which was 31 March 2021. The claim was not brought within the time limit.[2]The claimant’s claim is being brought against Ms. Tracy Connage who is not a party to the contract.[3]I have decided that the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider the claim. The claim is therefore dismissed.
