JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £5,400.[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £8,877.[3]For the avoidance of doubt, the total payable by the respondent to the claimant under the terms of this Judgment, without deduction, taxable in the hands of the claimant, is £14,277. Certificate of correction: pursuant to Rule 69 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013 this Judgment originally sent to the parties on 26 May 2021 is corrected so that the total shown due to the Claimant at paragraph 3 is £14,277 and not £14,227
