Employment Judge QuillDate 17 August 2023

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By orders sent to parties on 11 January 2022, following the Claimant’s failure to attend a hearing on 16 December 2021, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out for the reasons stated in the orders, including that: the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimant has been scandalous, unreasonable or vexatious; it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
