REASONS
[1]The claimant wrote to the Tribunal requesting that her case against the respondent be treated separately from the multiple claim presented by Mr J McCamley and others.[2]The claimant was ordered to present an amended ET1 on the prescribed claim form properly completed containing the required information and details of claimant’s claim. Upon receipt of the amended claim form the claimant’s claim was to be treated as a separate claim and a new discrete file opened.[3]The claimant failed to comply with the Tribunal’s order.[4]In light of the above the claimant’s claim is struck out.
