JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for unfair dismissal is not well-founded and is dismissed.[2]The claim for holiday pay is dismissed, the respondent having already satisfied by way of payment to the claimant any amounts owing.[3]The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to deal with the claimant’s claim regarding pension entitlement.[4]The respondent failed to provide written particulars of her employment to the claimant for which an award of 2 weeks’ gross pay is appropriate. The respondent has already satisfied this by way of payment to the claimant.
