REASONS
[1]The claimant did not attend at the video hearing of her claim, having been sent the notice of today’s hearing to the email address she provided as her contact address on 8 May 2022. She was also ordered to provide her schedule of loss and witness statement by an order sent to the parties on 30 June 2022 but has apparently not complied with any Tribunal orders. She had also not replied to a request for information from the Tribunal dated 24 February 2022.[2]The claimant did not include on her claim form a telephone number on which she might be contacted and therefore it was not practicable to make any further enquiries about the reasons for her absence. Case Number: 3301231/2022[3]After considering the above, and the representations of Ms Dwan, I decided to dismiss the claim.
