JUDGMENT

Rule 21 of Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013[1]The Respondent failed to present a response to the claim and judgment is entered in favour of the Claimant as follows. Unauthorised Deduction from Wages[2]The Claimant is owed unpaid wages for the months of November 2020, December 2020 and January 2021 and is awarded £8,631.00 in compensation (being three months pay at £2,877 a month). The Respondent is ordered to pay this sum to the Claimant. This is a gross figure and the judgment will be satisfied if the Respondent makes a net payment to the Claimant, accounting to HMRC for any tax or national insurance that may be due on the payment.[3]The parties are informed that all judgments and reasons for judgments are published, in full, online at www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions shortly after a copy has been sent to the Claimant and Respondent.
