[1]By a letter dated 8 September 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out for the reasons mentioned in the letter, including that: the claimant had not complied with the Orders of the Tribunal. The claim has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. There has also been no response to the Respondent’s application of 18 August 2022, or the Tribunal’s questionnaire also sent 8 September. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 3 to 5 October 2022 will not take place.
