[1]The correct name of the Respondents are Zachary Lichman and Henry Meek (trading as Arabella’s House).[2]The Respondents have made an unlawful deduction from the Claimant’s wages and are ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £2840.[3]The Respondents are ordered to pay the claimant the additional sum of £745 pursuant to section 38 of the Employment Act 2020 for failure to provide the claimant with a written statement of employment particulars.[4]The Respondents must pay the Claimant the sum of £3585 in total.
