JUDGMENT
[1]Any complaints of contraventions of the Equality Act because of the protected characteristic of age, or related to or connected to the protected characteristic of age, are dismissed following a withdrawal of any such complaint by the claimant during the hearing.[2]Any complaints relating to holiday or holiday pay are dismissed following a withdrawal of any such complaint by the claimant during the hearing.[3]This does not affect the unfair dismissal complaint, which continues, and which is now the only complaint.
