The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 24 August 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to write by 7 September 2022 to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out for the reasons stated in the Respondent’s letter of 2 August 2022. These included that the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimant has been scandalous, unreasonable or vexatious; the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 2 July 2021. it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 23 September 2022 will not take place.
