[1]The claim of unauthorised deduction from wages is well founded. The claimant is awarded £117.60 (i.e. 24.5 hours unpaid wages, at an hourly rate of £4.80).[2]Pursuant to s38(3) of the Employment Act 2002, the claimant is awarded the sum of £148 in respect of the respondent’s failure to provide her with initial employment particulars pursuant to s.1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.
