Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £158.50 with respect to pension contributions.[2]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the Respondent is ordered to pay damages to the Claimant in the sum of £25,000.[3]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £2,448.[4]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £16,346.[5]The Claimant was unfairly dismissed and is entitled to a compensatory award of:5.1 £16,666, with respect to his loss of earnings from the end of his notice period until March 2022;5.2 £793, with respect to pension contributions from dismissal until March 2022.
