Case No 3300793/2021

Employment Judge Mr A SpencerDate 12 April 2021

JUDGMENT

The claim for unfair dismissal is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 5th February 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the claim should not be struck out because it appeared from the claimant’s claim form that he was employed by the respondent for less than two years and it appeared to the tribunal that it could not consider the complaint that the claimant was unfairly dismissed.[2]The claimant has confirmed that he lacked the requisite two years continuous service with the respondent and has failed to make sufficient representations, why the claim for unfair dismissal should not be struck out or to request a hearing. The claim for unfair dismissal is therefore struck out. For the avoidance of doubt, no other claims or complaints are struck out.
