[1]By a letter dated 1 December 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 22 May 2022. it has not been actively pursued.[2]There is lack of clarity about the intended respondent. No response has been presented by any respondent. The claimant has failed to respond to requests for information about the intended respondent, and the amounts which she seeks if the claim were to succeed. The claimant has failed to make representations in writing in response to the 1 December letter and has failed to ask for a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
