[1]The Claimant’s claims are struck out on the grounds that: 1.1. In respect of her complaint that she was unfairly dismissed, she does not have the required two years’ service to bring such a claim; 1.2. The Respondent has been dissolved; 1.3. All of her claims have been brought out of time and the Claimant has not shown that it was not reasonably practical to have brought them in time, and 1.4. The Claimant has not communicated with the tribunal at all and has not attended today, she has therefore not actively pursued them.
