The claim for unfair dismissal is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 1st February 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the claim for unfair dismissal should not be struck out because it appeared from the claimant’s claim form that she was employed by the respondent for less than two years and it appeared to the tribunal that it could not consider the complaint that the claimant was unfairly dismissed.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations, why the claim for unfair dismissal should not be struck out or to request a hearing. The claim for unfair dismissal is therefore struck out. For the avoidance of doubt, no other claims or complaints are struck out. Dated: 22 March 2021
