JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent is to pay to the claimant £979.52 in respect of unauthorised deduction from wages which calculated gross and is to be paid after statutory deductions for tax and employee’s national insurance contribution.[2]The respondent is to pay to the claimant £1,202.02 in respect of holiday pay accrued but not paid on termination of employment. This is calculated gross and is to be paid after statutory deductions for tax and employee’s national insurance contributions.[3]The total amount of the award is £2,181.54.
