Employment Judge M BloomNot represented for claimantNot represented for respondentDate 18 October 2019

JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £1,465 less statutory deductions representing one month’s gross pay not paid to the claimant in December 2018.

REASONS

[1]The claimant brings a claim of unlawful deductions of wages to the Employment Tribunal. She states that she was not paid for the last month of her employment, namely December 2018.[2]No response was entered on behalf of the respondent, her former employer Bluebells Childminders Limited.[3]The case was listed for hearing before me on 10 October 2019.[4]The claimant did not attend although she did in her ET1 Claim set out the basis for her claim namely she was not paid for the month of December 2018 and stated that the sum she claimed was £1,163.80 which was her nett pay for that month. She later submitted a payslip which showed her gross monthly pay in the sum of £1,465. Case Number: 3300665/2019[5]Considering the papers before me I grant a judgment in the claimant’s favour for that sum less statutory deductions.
