[1]The claimant was at the material time a person with disability in accordance with s.6 Equality Act 2010.[2]The claimant was not unfairly dismissed by the First Respondent and her claim of unfair dismissal fails and is dismissed.[3]The claimant’s claim against the First Respondent for breach of contract fails and is dismissed.[4]The claimant’s claims of disability discrimination, howsoever formulated, fail and are dismissed.[5]The claimant’s claims based on public interest disclosures (“whistle blowing”) are dismissed on withdrawal.
