Mrs C Sharif v Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Hertfordshire: 3300638/2021
JUDGMENT
The Claimant’s claims under the above case number are struck outREASONS
[1]By letter of 1 June 2021, the Claimant was warned the Tribunal was considering striking out her unfair dismissal claim because she did not have 2 years service and her breach of contract claim because this appeared to have no reasonable prospect of success, the sums claimed having been paid. She was required to write by 15 June 2021, if she objected to this proposal. By an email of 13 June 2021, the Claimant wrote to the Tribunal saying she believed she had been discriminated against because of her religious belief. She did not, however, advance any grounds upon which her unfair dismissal or breach of contract claims might be sustained.[2]By a letter of 6 November 2021 written at the direction of EJ Lewis, the Claimant was told that if she wished to apply to amend her claim, she had to provide a list in date order with numbered paragraphs setting out the alleged discrimination. The Claimant did not reply.[3]The Claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is struck out because the Tribunal has no jurisdiction, as the Claimant lacks sufficient qualifying employment.[4]The Claimant’s claim of breach of contract is struck out because it has no reasonable prospect of success, the sums claim having been paid.
