JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider claimant’s claim for breach of contract under the Employment Tribunal’s Extension of Jurisdiction (England & Wales) Order 1993 because his employment with the respondent is continuing.[2]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the claimant’s claim for unauthorised deductions, as the claim was presented out of time, and it was reasonably practicable for the claim to have been presented in time.[3]The claimant’s claims are dismissed.
