Ms J Saeed v Citizens Advice Hounslow: 3300607/2021

EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 3300607/2021
Ms J SaeedClaimantCitizens Advice HounslowRespondent
Employment Judge Vowles DateDate 2 September 2021

JUDGMENT

Rule 37 of Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013[1]The claim is dismissed.

REASONS

[1]On 30 June 2021 the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant to inform her that an Employment Judge was considering striking out the claim because she had failed to comply with the Case Management Orders of 16 April 2021 (as varied on 3 June 2021) and she had failed to respond to Tribunal correspondence and the claim has not been actively pursued.[2]The Claimant was given the opportunity within 14 days to object to this proposal and give reasons in writing or request a hearing at which she could make them.[3]The Claimant has not responded to the Tribunal’s letter.[4]The claim has not been actively pursued and it is therefore dismissed for the above reasons. I confirm that this is my Judgment in the case of Ms J Saeed v Citizens Advice Hounslow case no. 3300607/2021 and that I have dated and signed by electronic signature.
