The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 23 November 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 14 December 2023 and warned the Claimant that a failure to respond might lead to strike out.[2]The 23 November letter reminded the Claimant that the Tribunal had not received to a reply to its two letters of 1 September 2023 (and enclosed copies of those letters). One of those letters had sought a response by 8 September 2023. Between them, the letters sought specific details of the intended claim, and of the correct identity of the intended respondent.[3]Since there has been no response, the claim is struck out because it has not been actively pursued.
