Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant's wages in respect of salary and benefits during the period May to December 2020. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £6,229.[2]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a written statement of employment particulars. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant two weeks’ pay in the sum of £718.[3]No award is made in respect of any period after December 2020 as the claimant has not explained the basis of any claim for that period.
