Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages in respect of 19 days arrears of pay and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £2,650.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages in the gross sum of £3,000, representing 4 weeks’ pay.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant in respect of 19 days accrued but untaken holiday, and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £2,650.[4]The total gross sum payable to the claimant is £8,300.[5]The sums awarded are the gross sums. If the respondent pays the tax and national insurance due to HMRC on the payments, payment of the net amounts will meet the judgment debt.
