[1]The claim against the first respondent for unpaid wages and holiday pay is found to be well founded and is allowed.[2]The gross amount payable to the claimant is £983.41. (Calculated as follows. On 21 November 2023 the Tribunal wrote to the claimant stating; ‘Loopleaf Market Ltd no longer exists with effect from 27 June 2023. The claim against it will be dismissed unless by 15 December 2023, you write to Tribunal to say you are applying to companies house to have the company reinstated to register of companies.’ The claimant confirmed no such application was made and so the claim is dismissed.
