[1]The correct title of the Respondent is Mawsley Day Nursery Limited.[2]The Claimant was dismissed on 13 December 2022 on the ground of redundancy.[3]The Respondent has ceased to trade, has no financial resources and there is a proposal to strike the company off the Register.[4]At the time of the Claimant’s dismissal, the Claimant was entitled to the following sums for which they have Judgment by Default:- 4.1. Notice Pay: £ 2,153.75 4.2. Statutory Redundancy Pay: £ 1,009.38 4.3. Outstanding Holiday Pay: ( - £ 119.91) 4.4. Pay (including overtime £114.00): £ 1,863.58 Total owed to the Claimant is: £ 4,906.80[5]The Claimant has Judgment for that sum, by consent. 14 November 2023
