JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent admits the Claimant is entitled to £173.02. The Respondent must pay to the Claimant £173.02.[2]There will be a hearing to determine whether the Claimant is entitled to payment of a further £444.05.[3]The Claimant is to send to the Respondent a schedule setting out how the Claimant has calculated mileage to 2402 miles.REASONS
[1]The Tribunal has been provided with a COT3 agreement purporting to set out terms of settlement of the claims between the claimants and the respondent, in which upon payment being claimants are required to write to the Tribunal and withdraw the claims.[2]By a letter dated 18 January 2022 the Tribunal asked the claimants to confirm that the claim has been settled and the claim is withdrawn. There has been no reply to the correspondence from the claimants.[3]The claim has not been actively pursued since about October 2021.
