JUDGMENT
The complaints set out in the Claimant’s claim as received by the Tribunal on 21 January 2022 (namely, unfair dismissal and discrimination) are struck out.REASONS
[1]By an Order dated 28 February 2023, and sent to the parties on 5 March 2023, the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing as to why the complaints set out in the Claimant’s claim as received by the Tribunal on 21 January 2022 of unfair dismissal and discrimination should not be struck out because:• The Claimant had not complied with the Orders of the Tribunal dated 26 May 2022 and 16 November 2022; and• The have not been actively pursued.[2]The Claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The complaints set out in the Claimant’s claim as received by the Tribunal on 21 January 2022 (namely, unfair dismissal and discrimination) are therefore struck out.
