JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant has complied with the tribunal’s Unless Order dated 20 October 2017 in respect of his schedule of loss.[2]A wasted cost order is issued against the claimant’s legal representatives for their unreasonable conduct of proceedings and they are ordered to pay the respondent the sum of £1,503.29. The conduct in question relates to the disclosure of documents as requested by the respondent from the claimant’s list of documents and the failure to reply to paragraph 5.1.3 of the tribunal’s order promulgated on 17 June 2017 following a preliminary hearing held on 7 June 2017.[3]In the claimant’s Scott schedule in respect of Equality Act 2010 claims, claims numbers 1 and 10 are dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant.[4]With regard to claims numbers 17 and 20, the claimant is ordered to provide further information by not later than 4.00pm 11 May 2018.[5]In respect of the public interest disclosure claims, the claimant is ordered to provide further information on claim number 1 by not later than 4.00pm 11 May 2018.
