[1]The correct title of the Respondent is Mawsley Day Nursery Limited.[2]The Claimant was dismissed on 13 December 2022 on the ground of redundancy.[3]The Respondent has ceased to trade, has no financial resources and there is a proposal to strike the company off the Register.[4]At the time of the Claimant’s dismissal, the Claimant was entitled to the following sums for which they have Judgment by Default:- 4.1. Notice Pay: £ 273.60 4.2. Outstanding Holiday Pay: £ 255.36 4.3. Salary (including overtime £19.20): £ 1,204.80 Total owed to the Claimant is: £ 1,733.76[5]The Claimant has Judgment for that sum, by consent. 14 November 2023
