JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal orders:(i) The claim for Unlawful deduction of wages under Section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is made out.(ii) The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £90.00 for his unpaid wages for his work as a waiter under the age of 18 years, of 18 hours, from the 1 September 2022 to the 3 September 2022.(iii) I also order the Respondent to pay 2 weeks pay for the failure to provide a statement of particulars in accordance with the Employment Act 2002, section 38. That is £180.00 Total sum payable: £270.00[2]The Respondent did not appear today and did not file a Response as required by Rule 16 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013.
