The complaints of Direct Race Discrimination, Race Harassment and Unfair Constructive Dismissal are struck out.REASONS
[1]The Claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £1,000 following a preliminary hearing held on 12 June 2017. The Order was sent to the Claimant on 15 July 2017 and again on 3 November 2017. The final date for payment of the deposit was 24 November 2017. The Claimant has failed to pay the deposit. The complaints of Direct Race Discrimination, Race Harassment and Unfair Constructive Dismissal are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The hearing fixed for 30 April – 4 May 2018 is cancelled.
