[1]The respondent’s application to present a response out of time is allowed. The response is accepted.[2]The claimant’s complaints of breach of contract/unpaid wages succeed.[3]The claimant’s salary was increased from £50,000 per year to £55,000 per year from 1 August 2016. She is entitled to payments calculated on that basis.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay the following sums to the claimant:(1) Oct & Nov 2016 underpayments £329.82(2) One month’s notice £3280.93(3) Holiday pay 7.33x£151.42 £1109.90 Total £4720.65[5]The respondent is also ordered to pay tribunal fees paid by the claimant in the sum of £390.
