[1]By payslip processed 30 September 2021, the Respondent acknowledged contractual and/or statutory liability to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £10553.23. The breakdown of the components (gross) was:a. Redundancy Pay: £2448.00b. Payment in lieu of Annual Leave: £3392.31c. Notice Pay: £3432.03d. Parental Pay: £1280.99[2]The net sum after deductions was stated to be £8952.61. The Respondent paid only £4511.00 and therefore must pay the balance, being £4441.61.
